  • My name is Drew. Sometimes I get really ANGRY. My counselor, Miss Malley, taught me some ways to calm down my mad. 
  • Instead of hitting, yelling, or breaking the rules when I am mad, I can't stop what I am doing. I can sit by myself, and take 3 deep belly breaths. 
  • I can go to my quiet spot in the classroom and count slowly from 1 to 10. 
  • I can take a rainbow breath and think happy thoughts
  • I cant draw a picture or get a BIG sip of COLD water!
  • When my body feels better, I can join the class. I am ready to make good choices.
