- Heathcliff is an orphan and is taken in by Hindley and Catherine's father. He becomes close with their father causing jealous with Hindley who is sent to boarding school.
- Exposition
- Dia: 3
- Catherine and Heathcliff develop a bond (love), their farther dies and Hindley moves back home; inheriting everything. Heathcliff is reduced to a servant. Catherine is taken in by the Linton's. Heathcliff moves away vowing Revenge..
- Rising Action/Conflict
- Dia: 4
- Years have passed Catherine is married to Edgar Linton. Heathcliff returns and marries Isabella Linton. Heathcliff moves back in with Hindley.
- Climax
- Dia: 5
- Climax continued...Catherine and Edgar have a baby girl however, Cathy dies in child birth. Hindley heartbroken vows revenge on Edgar.
- Falling Action
- Dia: 6
- Heathcliff finally gets revenge. His son marries Catherine's daughter and his blood line controls both families. Ironically the day of his death is the day of the wedding.
