A character description of Colette Ogilvie from Fever 1793. Enjoy!
Storyboard Tekst
This is Colette Ogilvie.
Colette's mother Pernilla is a wealthy heiress who owns a large mansion that includes Chippendale chairs and an ornate chandelier! Colette also has a younger sister, Jeannine, who is VERY spunky and bubbly. Together, the two girls delight in revelling in their haughtiness and poking fun at their lower-class neighbors - especially the Cooks!
Colette and Jeannine have a French tutor named Louis. Their mother, obviously having LOTS of money, hired him to teach her children (especially her daughters) the French language. Both of the Ogilvie girls LOVE Louis - especially Colette!
Colette and her younger sister Jeannine LOVE to pick on the Cooks, their coffeeshop-owning neighbors, anytime - whether their mother is or isn't looking...
However, Colette's mother engaged her to Roger Garthing, their wealthy comrade's son. Colette always flushes when they discuss the engagement because she has sensitive nerves...
But Colette loved her French tutor Louis more, so she secretly eloped with him to evade marrying Roger.
