In this scene puck has came back with the flower to drop into titianas eye. Oberon orders puck to find demetrius and secretly put the nectar from the flower into his eye so he would finally fall in love with Helena. Puck obeys Oberon's order and goes to find Demetrius.

A sweet athenian lady is inlove with a distantfull youth. Anoint his eyes, but do it when the next thing he espies may be the lady

puck has ran into hermia and lyssander sleeping. Puck thinks lyssander is Demetrius so he proceeds to put the nectar from the flower into lyssanders eyes so he will fall in love with the first thing he sees when he wakes up.
when thou wak'st, let love forbid sleep his seat on thy eyelid. So, awake when I am gone, For I must now to oberon.
Dia: 3
Helena has found lyssander and hermia sleeping on the ground. Lyssander wake's up and immediately fall's in love with Helena. Helena is confused as to why lyssander loves her because in her mind he is still in love with Hermia.
And run through fire I will for thy sweet sake. transparent Helena! Nature shows art, That through thy bossom makes me see thy heart. Where is Demetrius? O, how fit word is that vile name to persh on my sword!
