Good morning Zoya. I have received the outcome of the assessment and it is ‘Orange’. What does that mean???
Ok....Let me explain the 3 colours of ESDCAQ-1: Green, Amber& Red
Green means your eSource/eMR is Qualified. ESDCAQ 1 is marked as qualified in ourTMF.
Amber means reviewer input is required. Another round of review is required in TMF
Red means eSource/eMR is not qualified. We will have to use certified copies for source data review and verification.
So Raja, if the outcome of the assessment is "orange", it means that the questionnaire must be reviewed by the ESDCAQ reviewer.The reviewer will contact me directly via e-mail in case a follow-up with the site is needed prior to the decision on the site qualification.
I'm going to keep my I hope our EMR qualifies!
