the nullification crisis, that started in the 1830s were things that were being imported into the area and being bought regularly were suddenly being taxed and hard to pay ,and because it was harder to buy and import things, people started complaining saying it was unfair, so jackson asked the congress to pass the "force bill" making the things lowered and now being able to be paid and so people could stop complaining.

this is the indian removal act, jackson was to negotiate with the indians/africans to leave the land for men to come and take it for more space for crops, land, and more life, but the indians wanted to stay at their land and were mad that they were being told to leave, so they forced them out of their homeland.

This journey was where the Cherokee people were forced to take a trail that would lead them to same land just like the one they live in before but they ended up walking for 1000s of miles on end and, with people dying and getting sick with no food, but once they got to land it was not like the same place they had before it was worse. no croppings, no plants nothing.
