It was like a day like any other but on maple street everyone was doing their own thing. Steve was washing his car, the women were talking. But at 6:43 a meteor fell from the sky causing chaos.
Climax
After the meteor hit the ground all the electrical devices were turned off. The cars weren't working, nor the stoves, even the portable radios besides one mans car, Les Goodman.
Falling actions
Les is chased back to his porch where he is interrogated by an angry mob of neighbors. And everyone is pointing out his flaws. One woman yells that at night he goes outside and looks at the night sky. Then they close in on him until someones house lights turn on.
Resolution
Charlie has shot Pete van horn because charlie though he was an alien. Then everyone is now accusing charlie of being an alien. Charlie then brings up how Steve is building a radio in his basement and no one is allow to see it
Everyone now is going full on crazy because of what just happened and now are accusing everyone of everything. Even little Tommy who said that it was an alien invasion
The aliens are counting on that the humans will destroy each other, and proving that we are our worst enemies.
