My name is Richard Ramirez and I am a serial killer. I grew up with an abusive father and had to endure an extremely abusive childhood. The violence led to me sustaining many head injuries and epilepsy. I eventually turned to crime at the age of 24. The string of crimes that he committed from 1984-1985 gave him the nickname the ¨Night Stalker¨.
Richard Ramirez is on trial for the following crimes: First-degree murder, murder, sexual assault (rape and sodomy), and burglary.

Richard Ramirez is a victim of mistaken identity and each and every one of the eye witnesses have been influenced by the constant news coverage of my client. The prosecution has also been unable to prove the involvement of Mr. Ramirez beyond reasonable doubt.
