- First, Abraham lived in Ur in 1700 BCE as a Shepherd then one day he heard this voice and it was god telling him to go to Canaan and that if he went to Canaan it will be the promise land for all Jews, so that what they did.

- Secondly, They had to leave Canaan because there was a fammen or a loss of food. So they left Canaan and went to Egypt and the Egyptians greeted a nice welcome and they lived in Egypt, until a new ruler of Egypt saw that the Jews were growing to fast so he got all of the Jew and enslaved all of them and killed all of the new baby boys.

- Third, Moses was a baby boy born in Egypt the time that the Jews were being enslaved so his mother hid him and put him in a basket on the Nile river. Then the pharrows daughter found him and raised him in the palish after he found out he was a jew he was kicked out. After he got kicked out god told him to go tell the pharaow to free the Jews or else.

- Once Moses asked the pharaoh to let the Jews go after he put ten curses because the pharaoh said no. The curses were he turned there water into blood, frogs flies and diseases are every were but last of all every first born baby died. This hit the pharaoh so hard that he decided to let them go.
- The ten commandments that Moses revived from god on top of mount Sinai were to only believe in me (god) to speak the truth to have one day of rest on Saturday to not murder or steal. These rules are important because they are very important to Jewish and other religions beliefs.
- First Moses died before conquering Canaan so his sons and deputy did it. They did it by first going to to the south and conquering Jericho and taking a citie one by one . After they all settled in a different area in Canaan.
