- All the characters that will be in this story. (Tommy and his mom on the far left. Steve and his wife next to them. Les Goodman, Charlie, and Mrs. Goodman are next to Pete Van Horn and Don. Who are on the right side).
- Climax
- Something rushes through the sky over Maple St. This object causes everyone's power to go out later on.
- Falling action
- I-it's the kid! He's the one! H-he knew about the monsters!
- He's just a kid! It's obviously you! You killed Pete!
- *Lights on*
- Not my son!
- Suddenly, all the power goes out in the town. Everybody is freaking out and trying to figure out solutions. Tommy started talking about aliens turning off the power to keep them from leaving. Although, shortly after, Les Goodman's car randomly started up. This arose a lot of commotion.
- Resolution
- Is the pattern always the same?
- With few variations. They pick the most dangerous enemy. Which turns out to be themselves.
- All night, they were suspicious of each other. Making more accusations, more arguing, and more tension. Suddenly, the group notices a creature walking down the street towards them. In self defense, Don grabs a shotgun. Steve pulls it away from him. Then Charlie pulls it away from him and shoots the figure in the street. Little did they know it was actually Pete Van Horn. The one that went to check on the power. The town then accuses Charlie for being so quick to kill him. He denies it and starts to run away.
- As the town chased after Charlie, they threw rocks at him and caused his window to break. Out of fear for his life he accused Tommy of being the alien. Making even more people believe it was Charlie. Although some people thought it was Tommy because he knew about the aliens. It went back and forth a lot.
- *crowd noises*
- As the neighborhood is still accusing and going insane, the camera cuts to two people in a strange place overlooking Maple Street. As they watch over one of the figures tells the other about their procedure. They turn off a few lights and cut the power and wait for the pattern. They talk about how this Maple Street isn't unique. And how there are many Maple Streets. And all they do is just watch.
