Tekst Storyboardowy

  • The first part of the cell cycle is Interphase
  • The majority of the cell's life is spent in interphase while it gets ready for mitosis.
  • There are now four major stages of mitosis. Prophase, Metaphase, Anaphase and Telophase.
  • can you please elaborate on what occurs throughout each of these stages?
  • Sure, let's begin with prophase, the initial stage. Chromosomes can be seen as the nuclear membrane vanishes. Animal cell centrioles begin to produce fibers and travel to the opposing sides.
  • yes that's right
  • oh... so centrioles are found only in animal cells.
  • metaphase... chromosomes create staight path...prophase fibers connect...
  • Metaphase is the next phase. In order to help the chromosomes create a straight path in the cell's core, prophase fibers connect to them at this time.
  • .
  • Next is Anaphase, Chromosomes are dragged to opposing sides of the cell by fibers during anaphase, which causes them to leave the cell's center.
  • make sure class your're wrting these down we have quiz later
  • oh no! i almost forgot to take down notes
  • Cytokinesis is the cell's last phase. When a cell undergoes cytokinesis, the entire cell divides into two daughter cells.
  • Each DNA set separates from the parent cell during telophase to eventually create two daughter cells.
  • mistakes can also occur during the cell cycle. which include cells that are not specialized, an abnormal nucleus, and many more.
  • if a problem occurred in the cell cycle. If the DNA is broken, the cell wouldn't divide, it wouldn't receive enough nutrients, and the DNA hadn't been reproduced.
