A bed right there, nightstand there, couch and TV right there. It's lonely but it's livable.
Gregor is feeling the loneliness, but he is hopeful that he can get adjusted to his new lifestyle.

I can't believe he's gone!Way too soon. Poor Greg. He was an amazing workplace friend. He even offered to watch my pet when I was away from home on vacation
I met him on my way to the city a few years back. We were on the same bus here. Its a shame, he came along way.

10 years later Gregor was buried in the Saint Johnson cemetery. He never reconnected with HS family. He was too embarrassed of his new form to allow them to see him. The news of his passing still hasn't reached his family.
