- Sharon is complaining about her salary, of which the head office knew about this and they have a valid reason of why her salary is less. She also know that she is not the only female that is earning that amount

- What the employer does is not allowed because at the end they all work the same hours with the same work.
- I agree with him. Being a female does not mean anything, the employer should increase the earnings of all females.

- I would like us to meet and please call the worker because I will be giving a feedback from the board.

- I would love to announce that the governing board have discussed the matter and come to a solution that your salary should be increased.
