Biosphere reserve is a large area that conserves the biodiversity, Other resources, and tribal living. It was initiated in 1971 by UNESCO. It is broadly divided into 3 zones: Core Zone, Buffer zone, Transition Zone
There are many protected areas, Like bio-spheres.... We'll learn about all of them in detail.
There are totally 18 Bio reserves in India
Does anyone know how many national parks are there in India?
The second protected area are National ParksThese places are strictly reserved to protect biodiversity, landscape, and history of the land. Activities such as Building dams,roads,hunting, poaching, grazing animals are strictly prohibited
