Whether it was when I visited and disturbed your school schedule or it was when I was across the ocean annoying you over a phone and distracting you from your work, you were working hard every single day, keeping track of your assignments, sacrificing things that you wanted and needed to do in your life so that you could do the best you could for your grades and I will always be impressed not only by your perservance and dedication but also by your grit and passion that you put into it.

You were in class (when you went😘) falling asleep and not paying attention texting a silly fool about how you'd rather be anywhere else, listening to teachers that were mean, rude, and that you couldn't even understand. Speaking up for yourself and asking questions and admitting to teachers and others when you didn't get something and that in itself was a growth that not only ushered you to this point but also grew as a person.
