- I love going to PE and Recess! Playing games with other kids is fun but I need to remember there are rules rules to the game that I may not like.
- It is important to follow the rules of the game when I play outside with others. If I don't like the rules I can choose to play something else or ask an adult to explain the rules to me.
- I also have to follow the rules of the game when I play games in the gym with others. If I don't like the rules I can choose to play something else or ask an adult to explain the rules to me.
- If I get angry or upset and feel like I am in the RED zone, I need to ask for a break and take some time alone so I can calm down. I need to feel in the GREEN zone to participate in games with others
- I can go for a walk around the playground or the gym, take some time to sit by myself or choose to play something else if I don't want to play by the rules.
- When I follow the rules and stay in the Green Zone everyone has fun playing games. I will be happy and my teachers and mom will be proud of me.
