- Some of the rules and regulations intended for health and safety purposes are to observe social distancing, wear facemasks, avoid going to crowded areas, stay at home as much as possible, and obey curfews. The violator of these rules shall face fair consequences - like the penalty of imprisonment. That is why we should not go outside.
