What do you do as a baker? I've always wanted to be one!

As a baker I spend most of my day gathering ingredients preparing food to create recipes and baking what will be sold at my store.
That's really cool! How did you become a baker? Did you just open a bakery?
The training that is required for baking is Completion of secondary school and completion of a college or technical program for bakers
Oh cool! Which program did you attend if any?
I attended Centennial College for their Baking Skills Program which covered topics like fine decorating and finishing skills. I learned a lot about recipes and working in a kitchen and also to be a baker for caterers or major restaurant.
I really like baking because it allows me to be creative in my recipes and work with my hands! I also get to make things people get to enjoy, which makes me happy! I also love collaborating with other bakers and new ingredients.
