- I think that the weapon Judge Ford used was a handkerchief. I think this because Sam Westing looked to peaceful to be stabbed with a knife. I think this because of what it says on page 107. It says "He looked to peaceful to be murdered." This shows that if Sam looked peaceful then the Judge might not have used anything sharp.
- I think Judge killed Sam Westing because she never paid his debt back. I think this because she might have gotten scared and thought he might do something bad to her. For example on page 153 it says "Just write Sam Westing connection: debt never paid." This shows that she might have gotten scared if she never paid his debt back for her educatin.
- I also think that if Sam wrote the will and the judge had it before the game, then she might have been able to change some of it to make it seem like the other heirs were the murderer and not her.
