- STEP 1: Open the Google Drive on your computer then click the New folder.

- Hey! Charlene I have a problem with my files.

- STEP 2: Click the File upload
- Drive + New Folder File Upload Folder Upload
- My teacher is asking me to upload and share my files in google drive but I don't know how
- Oh! I know that. Let me teach you.
- STEP 3: Click your file you want to upload. You will see that your file is uploading at the bottom of your computer.
- STEP 5: You will now see this on your screen. Change the General access to anyone with the link.
- Drive + New Priority My Drive Shared Drives
- Share "Tutorial" Add People and group Charlene No Pacinos (you) owner pacinos.charlene@student.laverdad.edu.ph General access Anyone with the link Copy link done
- Upload Complete
- STEP 4: To share your files, click the file you want to share. Then click share.
- STEP 6: Add the person or people you want to give access to your file. You can choose what access you can give for them such as viewer, commenter, and editor. And you can also message them.
- Share "Tutorial" Add people and group Ana Cruz editor cruz.ana@student.laverdad.edu.ph Message Hi Ana! You now have an access to this file. Copy link done

- STEP 7: Copy the link and click the "done". Then send the link to the person or people you want to give access to your file.
