8 years have passed after all the events happened. Alfredo was searching for a lady named Brigida Samuy– an important person for his defense in the court in Sta. Cruz, Julia’s hometown. After that, He went to Julia’s House and caught up on what they needed to talk about for almost 8 years.
Upon seeing Julia and talking to her, he realized that something is missing and that is his feeling for her. He realized that he is no longer longing for Julia’s love and that his love for her was like a Dead Star.
