Absolutely! I am Aiden, and I am an active member of AFROTC.

Can you tell us what the AFROTC program is all about?

AFROTC is a college program designed to train future officers for the U.S. Air Force.

Can you share some personal experiences you've had in the AFROTC?

One of my best experiences was participating in a leadership camp. It was challenging but rewarding.

What makes y'all a discourse community?

We are a group under one mission which is to better our leadership skills.

How do you and your members use spoken and written language to accomplish y'all goals?

We often send out terms that alert the members of our group to either focus and pay attention or to retain information that is important for the course.

Do y'all use a specific communication style?
Slajd: 14
We mostly use formal speech but sometimes when we are at ease, we speak somewhat informally.

Can you tell me like about three specific terms that y'all use and what they mean?

Sure! first term is PT which is physical training, second term is Det polo which is the detachment t-shirt, third term is PFD which is Physical Fitness Diagnostic.

What is one memorable experience you are proud of and felt that you have reached a higher level?
Slajd: 18
One of my most memorable experiences was leading a team exercise which made me feel like I reached a higher level.
