Father has decided that come Thursday you will be married to Paris
But Mom, I'm not ready for marriage yet.
Plus, I'd rather marry Romeo who you know I hate then marry Paris

Juliet, you will marry him whether you like it or not. Me and your mother were happy having one child but now we see that one is too many
That's a little harsh-
I have tried all my life to find her a good husband and now, if she refuses to marry him then I will send her to starve and die in the streets!

To put it straight, Romeo is a rag compared to Paris and he is as good as dead. I'm sure Paris will serve a better match then Romeo ever could
