Sally is in year 7. She left her English presentation assessment task that was due in period 1Ab and left it until the last moment.
She knows even if she started working on it straight away, she would not get it finished properly and handed it in on time she feels sad and stressed and she regrets not doing her work.
Her older sister is in year 8 and is only one class above her, and sally can remember her doing a very similar task that she spent weeks on. Sally checks her sister’s USB stick and finds her work – it is still there and with a few minor changes like using basic language, getting rid of reasons and add some of own ideas. she could complete the task and have it handed in on time.
She has to do use to five steps and think if she wants to steal her sisters work or not. first she has to think about what to do, second she has to seek advice, third she need to think about the church teachings, third she has to think about the consequences and which are worse and lastly, she has to pray.
My threeoptions are, to steal the work and tweak it, not finish the work and face some consequencesand stay up till 3-4am in the morning to finish it.
I think the option I would pick is the second option, not finish the work and face some consequences because spent her time making that and it isn’t mine to take, I am breaking a lot of the church teaching and god is important and I don’t think god would steal someone’s hard work that they spent weeks trying to do
