- I was in my room. There was a Lightning McQueen racecar bed and the faint smell of Nacho Cheese Doritos permeating in the air. An original Xbox hooked up to a tube TV in the corner. Action figures, Legos, and loose Jenga blocks are scattered around the room as if there had been a large-scale skirmish lasting several days at least. This was my room and I was less than 5.
- I want water.
- Exposition
- I went to the kitchen it had a tiled floor and was adjacent to the living room separated by only a small counter running into the wall. My younger sister was also in the kitchen. She was sitting around on the floor just hanging out. I spot a bottle of water on the cabinet; what I didn't notice was the puddle of water on the floor beneath it. I extend my hand and get on my tip-toes in order to reach for the water

- Rising Action
- Suddenly, the ground slips out from beneath me and I lose my footing. I fall over with my hand still extended towards my sister. A rush of adrenaline, a sudden moment of clarity, and a water bottle falling off of the cabinet: I'm about to punch my sister.
- Climax
- My hand connects with my sisters face as I fall flat on mine. Immediate wailing and panic as I scramble to my feet and start trying to escape the crime scene. I hear my mom yell: "WHAT'S GOING ON IN THERE?!" I panic and attempt to hide.
- WAAAHAHHAH!!!!
- WHAT'S GOING ON IN THERE?
- Falling Action
- My mom enters my room, clearly furious. I plead, whilst babbling incoherently. My mom asks me if I hit my sister on accident or on purpose. Being young (and stupid) I said on purpose and was promptly grounded. The end.
