He was a very violent dictator, but he did help build many hospitals and schools

Felipe´s dad is black and his mom is white, but in their family, race does not matter
Felipe´s dad built their house, so they have a very nice house, even though many people in the Dominican Republic do not have a lot of money
Felipe´s dad is a carpenter and a blacksmith
To Felipe and his family education and school are very important
His family also highly values having a untied family
