- Hey, we both live in 'Federal Republics,' right? That means our local states and your regions handle their own business while the big bosses in D.C. or Moscow run the country.

- I guess that explains why your President can issue decrees like laws, while mine has to fight Congress for every inch of policy.
- Yeah, but because of that much power, the President of Russia can do whatever he wants inside of a country. And because of that, we have one of the lowest places in terms of freedom, freedom of speech, etc,. and have one of the highest corruption levels
