- I want to have iPads in mу classroom. The students find them easy to work with, and I am able to give them fun creative assignments. They can easily film what they are doing, edit videos, draw concept maps, and collaborate on brain dump boards

- Integrating technology into this lesson just seems like you're using a cool toy to temporarily motivate the kids, but it will not help them learn in more meaningful ways. I can just give them candy if I want to temporarily motivate them. How is this technology going to help kids learn this lesson in ways that might not be possible without it? In other words, what is our return on investment beyond just temporary motivation?
- You're asking a good question. Why not just use computers instead? But the fact is that these kids like the iPads and respond well to them. It allows them to be more active in the classroom and helps them collaborate together more than when they use a computer. While they would be a fun and rewarding addition, they would be there for the purpose of education, and would help get students excited about learning!
