- My parents and I worked with my teachers to make a plan to manage my diabetes. Now, I have it under control and I am able to focus for advanced classes!

What things are in your plan too?I check my blood sugar before and after lunch, snacks, and physical activityI always have access to water and foodI eat close to the same time every dayI can do everything with my glucose monitor in front of the nurse just in case

- I managed my diabetes too and now, I can play multiple sports at the same time. I feel like a superhero!
- Normally, I am practicing with my teammates. My coaches know about my diabetes and work with me!
