- Miranda didn't know his right and the police violated his 5th and 6th amendments rights making him witness against himself
- We have decided that it did violate his 5th and 6th amendment rights and that police should tell people their rights
- Miranda vs. Arizona brought alive the "Miranda Warning" which police officers have to recite your rights when being arrested
- You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you a court of law. You have a right to a lawyer at all time while being questioned
