Shelly and Sizwe are scared of what the outcome might be as they wait in the waiting area outside the board room.

The man discriminated the two employees by calling them monkeys and accusing them of wanting to steal his car....
In defence of Sizwe and Shelly the shop steward argues that the correct steps were not followed in this matter.

Ms Shelly and Mr Sizwe the baord has come to a dicision to dropp all cahrges against you and give you your jobs back.....
The shop steward then goes on and explain the steps that should have been followed before the disciplinary hearing.

Sizwe and Shelly are called back in and were told that the cahrges against them were dropped they can go back to work
