HOW?Think about the last time we answered a question from a seller. Did we just answer the question and move on to the next one? Or did we take the time to provide additional details, and explain the reason behind our answer? When we do that, we help the seller understand the situation better, leading to more trust and better relationships.Similarly, as LS, when we have to add a few licenses to an account and we notice that there are inconsistencies in BooN. Do we just add our licenses and move on? Or do we go back to the seller and let them know that the licensing would need some fixing? This would help them avoid unwanted surprises down the line and maybe even improve the customer experience.
