- On her way to her first day of work Sarah was really excited she got to do her favorite thing everyday.sewing she would be sewing flour sacks every day now then men would fill them and then strong men would lift them and after that people might even use them for dresses.
- First day of work and Sarah only got payed two nickles. That is not much but in that age period,it just might get you a loaf of bread.
- Down in the basement the strong men our bringing the flour to the big train that will take it down to stores and places that need flour. The bags that Sarah and other girls made are being used and brought to other people.
- Down by the train they were loading it up. when it was leaving everyone cheered the fist train was filled but there was still more flour.
- When the train left people will still lifting, sewing and getting ready to load. of course its because its a hard job and busy too.
- Sarah had a great first day but also learned that her prosis starts the whole Prosis.
