- For us humans it's normal for us to sweat we all sweat before right?
- Our sweat keeps us cool sometimes when its hot. When its hot our sweat evaporates like I said it cools us down a bit. Our sweat helps our body. How?
- Hey there I'll be talking to you about why we sweat.
- For example when you run you sweat. The reason why it helps our body is takes out toxins.
- SHE BE CHEATING!! COACH SHE IS CHEATING!!
- IM OPEN!!! OVER HERE!
- Sweat changes our body temperature. The sweat evaporates from our skin in order to keep us cool.
