- I WANT TO BE AN INTERIOR DESIGNER
- What kind of education do I need
- And do I need any additional training or education 
- How many hours would i have to work?
- How much bank will I be making 
- Will I be getting any vacation time. And does it require me to speak any other languages 
- To be a interior designer you require some post-secondary education, at least an associates degree or in most cases a bachelors .So to be an interior designer you don't need any extra training or education other than your bachelors and or masters.
- Ok, now what are my perks to becoming an interior designer. What are some positives?
- Interior designers work an average of 40 hours a week. A little over the average hours worked in the US, but that's all right .Well could be making anywhere from 48,840 to 91,360 a year. Not too shabby.
- What about negatives?
- Ok but what are the working conditions like.
- Yes, I you work for an employer you could anywhere from 2-3 weeks of vacations time. But if you are self employed you can pick your own vacation time. You may need to be bilingual, you could have clients who do not speak your language. Plus you could make more money if you are bilingual. 
- Employed interior designers receive the same job benefits as anyone working for their companies. This varies by employer but can include paid vacations and holidays, sick leave and health insurance. The self-employed must pay for these perks out of their pockets. In addition, there are intangible benefits. As with any creative professional, people in interior decorating can indulge their artistic impulses, as noted by the Employment Development Department of California. Other good things about being an interior designer include the satisfaction that comes from helping clients live better by designing spaces that function for the elderly, for instance, or that promote sustainability through designs made from renewable resources.
- There are a lot of things that could go wrong like your client  may not be happy with your work. Also if you are not employed by a good employer you may not get the best pay. And you travel a lot so you wont get personal time with family sometimes. he working conditions could be one day your in the cold ac and others in the blazing heat.
