After a long time, people will start rioting nd protesting.

The police officer is invading this man's privacy and searching his house without permission. The man can't do anything as the cop can do anything, like arrest him if he does not obey. This will cause people to start fighting, causing more deaths.

This is not that big of a deal, as it costs like 2 dollars. The man can't do anything, as the cop will give him a life sentence. This will cause the government to hold too much power, which could cause the corruption of a country.
