- There are various conditions though that will apply. The IT Equipment has to be out of warranty. Officials has to be permanent staff of DEDAT.MAM would also try and identify if there was any sort of nonconformance.

- Prior to sale to staff and release of these assets and peripherals , all IT Equipment must be cleared of all data, software and payment received within 5 days of receipt of the invoice should be collected within that 5 day period.

- Those items are consumable items and are not for sale. They are in your possession so they belong to you. You can have them.
- Don't worry though , once you sign all your sale to staff documents which is the Invoice,Sale to staff terms and conditions and certificate of ownership.MAM will remove it off the Asset register
- Just remember that IT Equipment are sold voetstoets , this denotes no returns,refunds or exchange after the sale and possession has been taken .
