- You see, I've recently read a Deloitte Volunteerism Survey which concluded that employees like it when businesses incorporate involvement in the community into the workday.It helps to create a more positive atmosphere in the workplace and boost morale.
- Not to worry. This is to be expected of new employees. But fortunately I've come up with a efficient solution.
- Ah I see. This could be a good opportunity for my employees to learn some new professional skills that could in our regular work.
- With that in mind the Science and Medical Awards ceremony is going to be held in a month and I would like your group to volunteer and organize the event for the company .
- All right Sir! I get started on notifying my group, and starting the preparations!

- As the head Manager of this team I look forward to watching you all make the one of Best Events of the year for the Community!
- Alright Volunteers, Today we start organizing and planning the Ceremony! This is a great way for us to put all of our skills into practice .
- This means I'll finally be the one conducting presentations.
- Anything's better than nonstop paperwork in a office.
- All right then. With all that being said I'll start assigning your roles for the event.
- Managing the budget for this project is going to be a lot of work isn't it?
