The Lady... Or The Tiger

The King, in his truly barbaric nature, built an arena to punish criminals, for there were two doors inside the arena. one side had a tiger, but the other side had a lady.
Is my arena finished yet?!
Yes sire. Both doors are finished as well.
The king had a daughter that was as beautiful as the most delicate flower. However, she was in love with a young man. The man was handsome and brave, but he was a poor commoner.
When the king found out about the affair, though, he jailed the commoner and scheduled him to go to the arena, shocked anyone would dare to love his daughter.

The Princess, in her nature, was able to find out the secret of the doors. However, she also found out should the commoner pick the door with the lady, on of the most beautiful ladies of the court would be selected; and the Princess hated her.
