- The officer is trying to violate the 4th Amendment. The fourth amendment protects the right people have to not let someone search your belongings. He is trying to search her car for no reason and with no proof she had done anything wrong. This is an unreasonable search.
- I have to search your car right now!!!!!!! We got a call for missing children in a white van.
- You have no right to search my car and accuse me of a crime with no proof!!!!!!! And I would never do anything like that!!!!!! This isn't even a van it is a 2024 Ford Mustang.

- I am looking for a place to live. Your house seems nice so I will live here now. You don't have a choice and I am quite tired so you'll need to bring my bags up.
- No you can't live in my house! You need to find a place for yourself. I have every right to turn you down.

- There will be no Jury and the trial will take as long as I need! No one will argue and I will be obeyed!
- My client needs a speedy trial with a jury. It is the law! You can't change it and it is unfair if you do!!!!

- The 3rd Amendment states that you don't have to quarter(house) soldiers and they can't force you to. The soldier has to find somewhere else.You have rights that even the government can't break. This rule was big in 1765 and 1774. Laws were passed that people had to quarter soldiers whenever needed. They added this in to protect people and their homes.
- The 7th Amendment clearly states that the person has a right to a trial by jury in a civil case. The 6th Amendment also states that the person has a right to a speedy trial. The judge doesn't want to have a quick trial and with no jury. That is against the laws and the jury are one of the most important part of the trial. The Jury helps decide the outcome and it makes it more fair for the people all share opinions and their thoughts.
