I understand she is constamtly crying Mr.Griffin. You are saying my daughter has a condition because she is crying for me. She is not use to being in school. I will take her though to prove to you nothing is wrong with her and she is just a child in an enviroment that she is not use to.

4 ways as a teacher that I will help parents share their voice is by:1) Allow access for the parents to communicate with me durning school hours and after school hours. 2) Listen to any concerns the parents have and feel. 3) Try to assist the parents concerns and if I can not, bring it to the attention of administration.4) Take the parents concerns and speak about it in my meetings or with the adminstration of my building.
