- We are tired of all this, we are working long hours but earn less. we are not enjoying the fruits of our labour!!!!!
- This is why I'm here, to speak about that, please calm down.

- These wages that you're all concerned about will not change a thing.
- A shop/union steward is a person chosen by employees to speak on their behalf to management, which in this case is a mine.
- NO WORK WILL BE DONE HERE TODAY IF OUR DEMANDS WON'T BE MET!! NO INCREASE NO WORK THAT'S IT
- A union steward's responsibilities include organizing the workforce, resolving workplace disputes, ensuring that agreements are carried out, and fostering union support. teaching participants about the workers' movement and trade unionism.

- The manager is against the workers demanding an increase in wages yet there is a law on NMWA.
- WAGE INCREASE FOR WORKERS
- I WILL NOT SIT HERE AND LISTEN TO YOU, I HAVE LOTS OF WORK TO DO. I AM WALKING OUT OF HERE
- Beacause the workers were fed up already as there was no plan of action they took it upon themselves to start a strike where nomwork will be done until their voices were heard.
- The National Minimum Wage Act of 2018strives to prevent workers from receiving unfairly low pay in order to enhance economic progress and social fairness.
- As you can here my fellow workers outside, they demand to be heard or this mine will be on a stand still.
- At times like these, that's when the Labour Relations Act needs to be tackled on helping the workers in temrs of collective bargaining
- I GUESS THIS IS WHERE THE LABOUR UNION COMES IN
