- By the end of this semester, I aim to deepen my understanding of how gender intersects with other social identities such as race, class, sexuality, and ability. Recognizing this intersectionality is crucial for comprehending the diverse ways in which environmental issues impact women from different backgrounds.
- Understanding the challenges faced by gender-diverse individuals and how the binary gender system impacts them is crucial. It's essential to explore how societal norms and expectations affect the experiences of gender-diverse and transgender people.
