- I found out I can go to Tysons, Virginia for retail activities instead of Washington D.C.
- A building or room shared with multiple families living in low sanitation and a dangerous neighborhood. A tenement example is North Lawndale, Chicago and Skid Row, LA.
- Greenbelt
- This place is maintained so well for agriculture and isn't clustered with buildings!
- Neighborhoods fenced in with controlled access for entrance. These are to make an area of safety through security and cameras. Another reason is to maintain or increase housing value. An example is Beverly Hills in Los Angeles.
- Rural
- It's so peaceful with all the wildlife.
- On the edge of an urban area, an edge city is a node of office and retail activities. An example of an edge city is the information technology center in Tysons, Virginia.
- Exurb
- Subsistence farming is also located in exurbs in the country.
- A portion of land is preserved as agriculture, open space, a limit to the urban area, and parks. An example of a greenbelt is Golden Gate Park located in San Francisco.
- This place is so nice with nature

- People, housing, or territory outside an urban area. Examples include towns, villages, and small settlements. A modern-day example is the central valley of California.
- Small communities located beyond the suburbs of the city. Examples include farms.
