- Jonny suffers From GAD or Generalized Anxiety Disorder and is anxious because he has a test tomorrow and no matter how hard he studies, he can't understand what to do. He has trouble telling people because he doesn't want them to think he is dumb.
- I am so proud of you
- Jenny, Jonny's mum, hears him crying and she comes into Jonny's room to see what the matter is. She asks whats wrong but he just says he is fine and for her to go away. She sits down she persistently asks questions until he opens up and they talk about the issue.
- I understand this.This is easy
- Jonny feels really good about opening up and talking to someone so Jenny helps Jonny study and quizzes him using palm cards. She wants him to build up his confidence so he wont be anxious about the test

- The next morning Jonny is so excited to sit the test because he knows he will go amazing. When he gets to school he runs into the classroom and can't wait to sit the test. He doesn't feel anxious anymore
- He gets the test and carefully goes through every question, knowing exactly what to do. He finishes the test and is so excited because he know's what he needs to do to prevent himself from going into an anxiety attack
- When he gets home he is so happy he shows his mum and she is so proud because he scored 100% on his test. He then realizes that the best way to deal with anxiety is to talk with others and talk about the issue so together you can come up with ways to tackle the problem
