Amendment 11
As shaggy enters the cafe he is stopped by a cop. The cop tells him he isn't allowed to eat here. Shaggy states that since the cafe isn't closed off hes allowed to enter because he's enititled to eat wherever. The cop watches Shaggy pass him and enter the cafe.
In the cafe shaggy ordered lots of food. He ordered hamburgers, hotdogs, cookies, and lemonade. As Shaggy finihses his meal he realizes he forgot to pick up Scooby from the vet.
Reconstruction Amendments

On the way to the vet, Shaggy notices a national park. He decides to stop and take a picture next to the statue. As he clicks the phone the staute tips over and falls on him. Shaggy is so upset he makes plans to sue the state and go to court about it since it is owned by the govornment.
Amendment 13
Shaggy gets up and dusts himself off. He takes a couple pictures of the statue that fell over. He posts the pictures on facebook to show everyone what happened tp him today.
After posting the incident he continues the walk to the vet. As he's walking his mind starts to woder. He thinks about all the things he learned in class the day before.
His teacher had described the reconstruction amendments in detail starting with the 13th amenment. The amenment freed all slaves and abolished slavery. They no longer had to endure the struggles of picking cotton under terrible conditions.
