Cabeza De Vaca, a Spain explorer, was on a mission to a place we know today as Florida. But#160; when they reached Florida, they were chased#160;off by native to the land. Moving down the Gulf of Mexico, the ended up in Texas,where Cabeza walked 2400 miles to reach a Mexican city to travel back to Spain.
The Alamo occurred February 23rd, 1836. During it, 200 soldiers died, and 300-400 Mexican soldiers died.
When the dust bowl had started, it mainly happened because of farmers over farming the land, and the land became dry. This started in 1930, and ended in 1936
In 1939, it marked the end of the great depression that started in 1929. The great depression started because people were taking out loans and not paying them back. Eventually banks started taking out loans and before you knew it, the depression had started.
World War 2 began at the end of the great depression, 1939, and ended in 1945. The U.S. join in only because of the bombing of Pearl Harbor, and in return, we dropped 2 nukes on Hiroshima Nagasaki, and because we joined, the allied powers won.
President JFK was assassinated in 1963. Cause of death was assassination, but people could not figure out the story behind who assassinated him, many speculate the the government was the one who assassinated JFK.
