I think that our best bet is to do a joint partnershhip, the huge advantages from it would be that we would both have a 50/50 unless more people were added and reliability would be shared

Okay so we can do a silent partnership you will still have to put money into the buisness but you will not take liability or responsibility.

well what would be the purpose of me even being in this company
I want to have full control of the business and I want to own the whole thing, I think aole proprietorship
You wont have to pay for anything you don't have to do nothing it would just be me
but this was our idea why would you want to do that anyways whatever happens could fall on both of us instead of just you , it would also make it so if you quit the buisness it coud still keep going cause I would be there

Ive been looking into making a corporation, its seems to be the safest reliability wise and if we were to get sued they couldn't take our personal assets
They might be out best option we would just need to find people that would work for us at a decent price. We can also be a little bit riskier to try new things because the company would be sued itself not us
