Melinda wakes her children in the morning. She dresses them and then serves them breakfast before taking them to school.
Time to wake up kids!
As she does laundry, Accountabilibuddy reminds her that there is time for a quick twenty minute workout and streams a workout video on her TV since there won't be time to go to the gym today.
You got this! Just ten more minutes!
Melinda picks her kids up from school, but instead of going home they have to run to the grocery store to buy ingredients for dinner.
Accountabilibuddy has suggested a meal for the night and now displays a grocery list for what she'll need to prepare the meal.
Accountabilibuddy says we need tomatoes, fresh basil, garlic, and mushrooms. Looks like we're having pasta tonight kids!
Yay! We love pasta!
Melinda and her husband, after putting the kids to bed, enjoy a brief workout before bed, as suggested by the 'Buddy app. For Steve, who works all day, this is the only time he gets to exercise.
At the end of the day, Accountabilibuddy has shown Melinda that she can eat healthy and exercise regularly and helps her stick to ther regiment. And she'll continue to use it as long as it continues to give her healthy meal ideas for her family.
