  • The talk was a negotiation between the Soviet Union and United States, the negotiation was to reduce the creation of strategic missiles capable of carrying nuclear weapons. The negation's didn't end exactly how the US wanted however it wasn't a failure. The talks started in 1969 and ended in 1979. Nixon and Brezhnev met in Moscow to sign the agreement. Important people where Richard Nixon, Leonid Brezhnev, Jimmy Carter and Henry Kissinger

  • The Pentagon Papers was a top secret study that was leaked by Daniel Ellsberg. It revealed that the US had been escalating the war by bombing Laos, Cambodia and other act, none of which were reported. After these documents were leaked the general public became even more antiwar and Daniel was charged with a felony.

  • Watergate was a scandal that refers to illegal wiretapping of the Democratic National Committee's HQ, this was done my president Richard Nixon, and members of his campaign they also stole secret documents.
